    I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I felt a lack of empathy and was given inaccurate information.

    During my visit, I was essentially told that I could see the doctor, but there was nothing he could do to help me. This was disheartening and lacked any consideration for my concerns.

    Furthermore, I was provided with incorrect information regarding a follow-up appointment I had scheduled in Branford.

    I urge the practice to train their staff on basic empathy and the importance of accurate communication. The individual at the front desk misrepresented information and demonstrated poor interpersonal skills.

    I strongly recommend considering alternative locations. Sad.

    The staff were joking around and laughing loudly in the reception area right in front of the patient waiting room while patients who were in pain sat there witnessing this unprofessional behavior.

    When it was finally my turn, I asked the woman to help me. She told me that she couldn’t touch me because if she did and I fell, she could lose her license. I’m confused; had I fallen because the woman refused to help me, wouldn’t that be negligence on the part of this practice?

    The MD to whom I was referred said the x-rays taken at urgent care were so poorly done that he had to re-take them.

    I was very disappointed with Dr. Kenneth Kramer and his care, it was my first time there, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and it was only because of their courtesy and friendliness towards me is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, I was led into the exam room and as I was waiting i heard a low pitch voice outside the door say "What about this one?" And the receptionist responded "Medicaid" and it seemed it aggravated the person because then the man responded with " Medicaid, Medicaid, Medicaid"(like oh not another response) then I heard something along the lines of "try to make it only once a day" so a few minutes goes by and the Doctor walks in the room and immediately I can tell his energy was off because he didn't even seem genuinely concerned with me since I have "Medicaid" so he asked me what brought me in and I told him and his attitude was extremely condescending, not writing anything down and I asked him " Were you the one out there saying talking about Medicaid?" And he responded "yea I like to help everyone but the lights still have to get paid" which is understandable but comments like that shouldn't be made where other patients can hear and makes them and the experience totally uncomfortable, my jaw basically dropped and I wanted to get out there immediately, because I didn't know it was ethical to treat a patient differently because of the type of insurance they have and I'm sure that violates his ethics as a doctor especially since he took an oath to help people in need, i just feel bad for any patients in the past and in the future who aren't getting the care that they need from Dr. Kramer or ANY doctor who feels the same way because they can't afford good insurance, I'm not letting this experience down CT ORTHOPEDICS as a whole because they have a bunch of doctors under their umbrella but they need to do something about Dr. Kramer because either he needs to retire completely or retake a course and read his hippocratic oath every day before going to work so going forward no patient has to feel the way I felt...but the ladies who checked me in were great the x-ray tech was a complete angel, I just feel bad that they have to work with a doctor who feels that way about patients with state insurance

    They stated walk-ins started at 3 pm so we waited. When we returned they told us walk-ins were now cancelled that day because the doctor wasn't coming in. This was for my son's injury. I could have gone to another facility instead of waiting and forcing my som to suffer. Never going back.

    Went early on a Saturday, was seen right away, x-rays taken in house, got fixed up, and a follow up appointment setup. Great place with really nice people

    Chris Dall is AMAZING!!! He is so patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manner. I trust him 100% with my care. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure I feel Comfortable and know the next steps. I am currently seeing him for back and neck pain from a car accident.

    Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money and time. Went in because I knew my foot was broken they took x rays before the doctor even examined to see where in the foot. Doctor said x rays were fine nothing was broke. A week later I end up at a foot specialist because it still bothered me needless to say I’m now in a boot because there was a bone cracked after all!!

    Update your hours. Says your open until 8:00, lights off at 7:00. Not good when someone is injured.

    Dr. Ferrucci and the entire staff have been outstanding. From the Dr., to his staff have been more than perfect. From the orange office to the MRI in Branford, and the surgery staff in Branford, have met all of my expectations beyond what any “hospital” can provide. Although hospitals are great, I am glad I chose this office and Dr. Ferrucci and his staff to handle my broken ankle. Thanks to all at the office, Samantha, Madison, and Melissa, as well as the office staff for everything. I appreciate the detailed care and help through this process. Thanks to Jenn and the entire staff in Branford for the excellent care you provided. Kevin
