Doctor and nurse misreprented the facts of my insurance. They told me that I was required to recieve a required examination by my insurance company. When they were confronted with the fact that I had spoken to my insurance company and that that was told that it was not a requirtement... they then said their administration would give them a hard time if they did not. This sounds like a business practice and not a medical pratice. It seems that they want to upsell the Affordable Care ACT services.
