My tooth broke at work and I needed a dentist asap. It was Sunday so most places aren’t open. I called Downtown Dental and from the jump the person on the phone was so lovely and understood my concerns and urgency and fit me in that same day. I go in for my appointment and the staff up front was so pleasant and sweet.
The dentist I can’t remember his name but he looked like a younger guy was just super upbeat and informative and also funny. I have a lot of health problems and terrible anxiety and I’m currently attached to a heart monitor. Everyone at the clinic was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, there was a 4-hour wait before my appointment. I appreciate the friendly service, but hope they can improve the wait times.

Words can’t fully describe how exceptional this office is. Every dentist is highly skilled, and the entire staff is truly outstanding—professional, welcoming, and attentive. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Keep up the excellent work!
