John was great, he came out and walked me through all the options for replacing our central air system. Jose and Rafael were fantastic—they removed the old system and got the installation done quickly during the July heat wave since we have a 1-year-old baby at home, I was so grateful for that. The installers were super friendly, worked quickly, and even took the time to explain how to use the new system. Nathalee was also helpful and quick to respond anytime I reached out with questions about billing or scheduling. Huge thank you to the Astacio team for making this process so easy.
Peter Kluchnick was delightful. He arrived at agreed time, quickly diagnosed our CAC problem, explained the issue to us and educated us so it will not happen again. Returned the following day to make sure the system was running properly. We highly recommend Peter.
The service I got was great. My tech, Alex, and his apprentice were nice, clean, and knowledgeable. They helped save a DiY project gone wrong and got it back on track. They also gave me advice on the timeframe of my unit and what to expect in the future. They were exactly what I would look for in a tradesmen
