The Ladies and Gents @ Astacio were simply outstanding. From scheduling the appointment(Thanks Leslie) to having the work completed.
The Techs wasted no time in getting my leaking hot water up and out of my basement and connecting the DHW side of my existing combi to my hot water system. A special shout out to Brian, Pino, Luis & Juan. Also I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Chris who went out of his way to complete the job like he was working in his own home. You Guys ROCK!!
Ever since the Astacio and Sila merger they have been my go to for all things heating and cooling in my home. Nelson was beyond amazing in installing my new combi unit and explained all the steps and guides through the project. Can’t recommend enough!
Christian came on time, walked me through the issue as well as all the repair options. He did the job in a super efficient and professional way, without wasting a second. I’d recommend him. The company isn’t the cheapest but plumbing isn’t where you want to cut the corner.
