Friendly, prompt, efficient staff. Derrick was on time, assessed the cause and fixed it. I highly recommend this company. BTW, I used them approximately 6 yrs ago which is why I called them today.

Called at 730am on a Saturday, Office called me back at 8am and Jonn was there at 845am. Was having an issue with our basement sewage ejector pump staying on.. Jonn quickly found the problem.. he even let me go run to get the part needed to fix the issue.. He explained everything, made some recommendations and was very personable. For a Saturday call the price was reasonable and we were up and running! I would definitely recommend them.

Water heater needed to be replaced. Called Mr. Rooter and the technician came on time the next day. Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable answering any questions. He finished the work within a few hours. Highly recommended!
