Bruzzi oversells his ability and he does not return calls once you pay your deposit. His crew does not show up on the dates he says they are going to. He does not supervise the work, although that is one of his bragging points. There is a language barrier with the staff who does show up and, since Bruzzi does not respond to calls, problem resolution is impossible. He claims to insure his plants for 1 year; a good number of ours did not survive; he flatly refuses to replace them without giving us a reason; he just got nastier and nastier each time we asked. All mouth-no integrity or reliability.
