I had a fantastic experience with Bennett & Cole Water Solutions. They came out to do a water analysis to see if I actually needed a water softener and were completely honest in telling me that I didn’t — no pressure and no attempt to sell something unnecessary. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to work with a local company that is so customer-focused. Highly recommend!

We have used Bennett & Cole for over 7 years and have been consistently satisfied with the service. Jeff is friendly, trustworthy, and extremely responsive. Over the years I've had to reach out at inconvenient times (nights, weekends, and when he's been on vacation), and Jeff always gets back to me immediately and rectifies whatever problem I'm having. He and Jim do excellent work on our system and always take the time to talk things through and explain everything to me. As this is my first house with well water, it was a big learning curve, but I'm confident that our system is in great hands with Bennett & Cole.
