I have been practicing yoga at this beautiful studio now for over 6 years. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and caring. They are well-prepared; planning perfectly sequenced yoga sessions that fit all levels. I always leave so grateful for this place in our town.
Yogis of all backgrounds and experience are welcomed with open arms to this studio. The instructors are incredibly thoughtful and caring, creating a judgement-free environment to truly connect the mind and the body. The studio itself is clean. During the spring and summer, they will host outdoor yoga classes. Whether you’re new to yoga or you’re a yogi vet, this is the place to go. A true gem in New Fairfield!
