I just started EarthFIT about a month ago, and I'm so glad I did! The coaches are excellent - very encouraging and helpful. I did not exercise much before joining so I was nervous about going, but I am able to do the exercises and as I said, the coaches are terrific. The classes are perfect for me - 30 minutes in the morning and I'm done. I would highly recommend joining!

My only regret with signing up for EarthFIT is that I didn’t do it sooner! I held myself back for so long because I embarrassed by my fitness level and worried about working out in front of people I knew. After so many wasted gym memberships and home workout videos I would never keep up with, I finally committed to making a change and am working hard and seeing real results! The training staff is wonderful and the instruction and encouragement they provide is what makes EarthFIT so special.

This is definitely the best workout facility that I have ever been to in my life. These people truly care about you, they know your name, and they make sure you’re getting the best workout you possibly can. Someone told me about Earth Fit in New Fairfield two years before I joined. I wish I had joined when they told me to! In just four months I’ve seen an amazing transformation in not only my body, but my overall feeling of well-being in general. It is definitely worth the money and I highly recommend!
