I received excellent care from both therapist, Michelle and Ken. Very knowledgeable, patient and attentive staff. After rotator cuff surgery, 3 of 4 torn ligaments and biceps repair, I’m doing pretty good. Thanks to repeated PT I am feeling approximately 90% of my strength back. Highly recommend this facility for therapy!!!
The team is great!! Reception staff is super friendly and helpful. Physical Therapist Michelle is the best. She explains things thoroughly and provides helpful feedback. I travel 50 minutes each way for appointments, b/c the team at the New Britain location is so good!
