This gym changed my life. I lost close to 49 lbs with this gym because it did everything for me except the working out. There is no thinking involved and you can come in and get a complete work out in 1 hours. The idea and concept behind the smart trainer and 1-1 electronic training is by far the best thing for a busy working parent that doesn't have time to plan healthy meals and workout routines yet still want the benefits from them. The eating plans combined with guidance and effective work outs are the winning combination
Koko works very well for me. It gives me an individualized workout in under an hour in a pleasant environment with the right equipment and staff assistance. It is efficient and tailored to my needs and schedule. As someone who has exercised and been involved in sports activities all my life, I love this very personalized approach now that I am retired. Going to a "grunt" gym is simply not what I want to do at this stage of life. Thanks, Koko!
There is no doubt about it. The Koko system is absolutely the best system to gain lean muscle, lose fat, and re-shape your body. Tried and true facts, applied with smart training machines make it almost easy! 3 visits a week is exactly what you need to see surprising changes in your body and attitude. You'll work hard, and it'll pay big benefits! You can go another gym, get on the treadmill or elliptical for an hour or more while you watch TV...but this will gain you little. Work hard for 15 minutes, and 30 minute high intensity sessions each visit, and watch your body change in just a few months! Yes, it works best!
