Excellent experience overall. John, our inspector, remains helpful even one month post-inspection, responding quickly to emails when I have a follow-up question. I originally started the process with a different company which (seriously!) wanted to charge $1000 MORE than Hawkeye for the same services. When asked why I didn't proceed with the other company and I informed them that their outrageous pricing was the reason, I was told that I would receive very inferior service for such a reasonable price. We couldn’t be more pleased with the extraordinary expertise and attention to detail applied to both the home inspection itself and the extensive report available just a few short hours later. Our inspector James was kind, friendly, and clearly competent, and spent as much un-rushed time as we needed discussing his findings thoroughly, attic to basement.
