Needed to service my AC quick to meet HOA terms and these guys were able to fit my appointment in the next day. Technician was prompt and attentive. Was in and out in 10 minutes. I will definitely give them my business in the future.
We had an oil leak. Modern sent Victor and Will right away to fix the problem—it was a big job. They were professional, polite, and diligent in their work and a pleasure to deal with. They even identified and repaired a couple of small problems at the furnace. I was impressed by the level of service they provided and would recommend Modern HVAC without reservation. I’ll be having them back in the Fall for my annual maintenance!
