Stan was an amazing inspector. We used him for our home inspection last week and are very happy with the results. He is extremely detailed oriented and reviewed every portion of the home. He took time answer all of my questions and give me helpful tips regarding the home. He summarized the visit before leaving and discussed his and our biggest concerns. He provided the report to me the next day with all of the items we covered.

We were supposed to have our home inspection the day that hurricane Irene hit. Knowing that we were under a deadline to get the inspection done per our contract, Joe made a great effort to accommodate us and got is in the next day. He gave a very thorough inspection on all parts of the home. He showed us each minor problem and told us what would need to be done to correct each one. He answered all of our questions and gave us a straightforward overview of the condition of the home. After everything was finished, he got us our typed report very quickly even though he had no power.
