I have been to multiple offices of this practice and have always been impressed. The offices are clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. My questions are always answered by the medical team, and I never feel rushed.
Unfortunately, my experience started off bad. I have been suffering with a knee injury for four months before my insurance approved an MRI. A 2 week appointment was scheduled and I literally lived for that Monday appointment. On Friday night, I received a robo call indicating that I need to reschedule! I already made arrangements with work that I was not coming in on Monday. I don't get paid if I don't work. My rescheduled appointment was in another 2 weeks. I was not happy.

He was very accommodating. There had been a scheduling error and I was given an appointment for the end of July. Instead of waiting until then he let me see him the next day. He answered all my questions and I was able to schedule surgery when it was convenient for me.
