I had the best experience with Melissa, the PA. I had dismissed some sick symptoms as seasonal allergies, but started to run a fever. I rarely get sick, so I was nervous about going in to UC for minor symptoms like cough and sore throat. Melissa made me feel comfortable by acknowledging my symptoms and helping me understand the diagnosis and what to do to feel better. Plus I was out of there in under an hour! Great experience.
Took my child in for a bad case of poison ivy. We were seen quickly with almost no wait, and were able to get the medication they needed to start feeling better right away. Everyone was caring and compassionate.
This Urgent Care has excellent clinicians who have cared for my family and children over the past 5+ years. As a practicing primary care physician, I know quality care and service when I see it! Great job!
