Well it has been quite some time that I have not visited the East brook vet, but my experience would figure out just recently was very pleasant and they took good care of us and attended to figure compassionately that’s awesome

Wonderful people! Was super accommodating despite me myself being a bad patient (no called no showed twice due to unforseen circumstances, huge family issues.) They took care of my little 2 year old cat quickly and efficiently, we got her spayed 3 days after the initial visit which is often rare to see considering how long appointments can take. Ive never felt more comfortable with leaving my animal with people!

We set up an established care appointment over the phone—the staff returned a phone query within hours. We were able to schedule an appointment within the week of the initial call and given plenty of options with respect to appointment times. The staff were super friendly from the moment we walked through the door to moment we checked out. Further, the vet tech and veterinarian were very approachable and transparent. They were very engaging, listened constantly, and asked clarifying questions when necessary.
