Well it has been quite some time that I have not visited the East brook vet, but my experience would figure out just recently was very pleasant and they took good care of us and attended to figure compassionately that’s awesome

Wonderful people! Was super accommodating despite me myself being a bad patient (no called no showed twice due to unforseen circumstances, huge family issues.) They took care of my little 2 year old cat quickly and efficiently, we got her spayed 3 days after the initial visit which is often rare to see considering how long appointments can take. Ive never felt more comfortable with leaving my animal with people!

We set up an established care appointment over the phone—the staff returned a phone query within hours. We were able to schedule an appointment within the week of the initial call and given plenty of options with respect to appointment times. The staff were super friendly from the moment we walked through the door to moment we checked out. Further, the vet tech and veterinarian were very approachable and transparent. They were very engaging, listened constantly, and asked clarifying questions when necessary. We needed estimates for consideration for potential procedures for our dog; the estimates were detailed, included a range of prices that were contingent on what actually gets done [at the time of service], and the estimates were delivered very quickly.

East brook animal hospital was good and had lots of patience with my dog he was very scared but they treated him so great that he was able to get fully examed thank you very much anyone needs a vet come down and visit eastbrook ..

I love how everyone has my dog’s as their best interest. My dog can be very nervous and everyone who interested with her were very gentle and did their best to make her vet visit most comfortable. I like that all the staff and doctors are female, myself, and I think my dog appreciates it, too😊
