Vicky is a kind, competent, thoughtful instructor. She is able to find meaningful posture workarounds for those with injuries or physical challenges. She inspires the body and mind!
Vicky is an amazing yoga teacher! She brings a fun and encouraging spirit to the class. She is also very sensitive and helpful to those with physical limitations and offers modifications consistently. I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and Vicky is one of my favorite teachers. Whatever she is paid is not enough?
The studio is in a lovely private home in North Madison on a lake with huge windows, lots of natural light, and views of nature. Kim is a wonderful teacher, providing excellent cues for movement and breath, as well as options for all levels. I appreciate the mudras and quotes as an added bonus.
