Chris responded to my Email where I noted concerns I was having with my desktop. By the time I could reach back out to Chris, he was no longer in the office but he quickly referred me to Roger, who was available. Roger took care of it quickly -- very satisfied with their service as this is typically how they work. Excellent!

Outstanding service; this shop was a lifesaver for us! Chris knew exactly what we needed for our internet system in our new building; he worked quickly to ensure we had all the equipment (including finding and purchasing for us the equipment we would need before we had even met!), and then spent many hours setting everything up. The system works great, all of our folks are pleased. A very positive experience, we will be working with these guys going forward for all internet related services/needs.
