3500 Tryon a venue bronx ny between kings college place and Wayne avenue gives no heat on the coldest days .one family left to the Dominican republic just to be warm. They did beautiful Renervations only to raise the insurance on this building I suspect due to people needing to use space heaters the building will burn down and the Morgan group will get a nice payday at the risk of the tenants
It's the worse management ever I advice everyone not to rent any apartment in this company's buildings All I can say about the Morgan Group is, if you are dead or alive, you will receive the same respect and response from the Morgan group. All they want is their rent at the beginning of the month, nothing else. They will ignore all complaints from the tenants
