They’re not reliable. Don’t bring anything here and count on it actually being ready when then tell you it will be.Last week, I dropped off a "dressy" coat to be dry-cleaned and tailored. They told me it would be ready Tuesday this week (yesterday). Tuesday was perfect because I'd be able to pick it up Wednesday (today) in time for me to wear it to a formal event tonight. I arrive on Wednesday only to be told that the work had not been done; it had neither been cleaned nor tailored. The woman at the counter could not explain why. Nor could she explain why no one called me before Tuesday (the day I was told it would be ready) to inform me of this. Obviously I'm upset...read full review

Terrible Service!!! Will never go there again! Dropped two dresses for cleaning. Employee promised to have it ready by Thursday as wife needed it for a wedding on Friday. Called on Thursday at 12 noon, no one answer. Called again at 1:00 pm, no one answer the phone. Left a message to call me back. No one return my call. Called again at 3:30PM, was told the dresses are ready and when asked, I was also told they are open till 6:00 pm. Arrived at the store at 5:00 pm, no one is there and the door is locked. Overpriced, bad service, never on time. I keep coming here because it’s convenient for me and that’s about the only good thing I can say. They take FOREVER I’m talking 30-40 minutes to pick up one item or drop off one item. They are rude. They messed up the measurements on some very basic curtains I had shortened. And nothing is every ready on time. And not just minutes or hours - I’m talking days late. I do not recommend this dry cleaners. There are many other good options.Services: Organic dry cleaning
