I was a walk-in for a laptop battery replacement. Ryan took care of it promptly and professionally. Also a real nice guy (and F1 fan). Pricing was reasonable. Relieved to discover a local alternative to Squad and always prefer to support a local biz. He is spread across several locations so definitely call before you go.

Absolutely the best computer store I've ever been in. Super friendly and knowledgeable with an a+ in customer service! I don't live in the area and I just happened to stop in and let me tell you it was well worth it!

I have come here a bunch of times over the years for different computer issues. This latest recent time was for a a replacement keyboard for my laptop (spilled water on it) and Ryan was able to get it quickly and repaired it fast. Back up and running again. My laptop is my Life line for work during COVID. Thanks so much Ryan!
