Cindy is so attentive and in constant contact with the team... So 90% of answers come back to you within 10 minutes! They still manage to always come immediately for emergency calls and their prices are very fair!

In November 2022 the furnace decided not to go on. Within 2 hours a repair person came and replaced a part that was worn. He waited as he tested the furnace and it operated properly. Shortly after he left it would not go on again at the thermostat setting. Called the office and he returned after he finished the job he was on. Furnace again went off after several hours. The service man came back again with a smile. Several more parts were replaced and finally success. LaPlaca Oil was diligent with coming to a solution to the problem. Thank you B.White Goshen, CT

We use Laplaca for propane delivery for our heating and AC. I called them on a monday morning because we had no heat. Jim LaPlaca called back promptly wthin 5 minutes and had someone out to the house within the hour to fix our heating issue with the propane furnace.
