This group has completely gone downhill in patient care. There is always 30+ minute hold if you try to call any office (i think they have call center now versus the office front-desk taking calls and they are horrible)... always a long long wait and they dont even seem to care at all for our needs. And when it comes to appointments, they never have the right availability with our doctor. Whats the point if you cant see your doctor when you need them even within 2 or 3 days. The appointments where issues need to be discussed asap with your own doctor also are given 2 or 3 weeks out. Few doctors in this group are good, but whats the use if you cant get to them ever on time.

Ear Nose and Throat. Had an appointment for an ear check - filled out the 12 pages of info prior to appointment- was in there 2 minutes snd the dr said I can't check the ear drums because you need to clean the ear wax out. Make another appointment to clean you ears then another appointment to check your hearing. Nowhere in those 12 or so pages did it mention you should have the wax taken out. They were 1/2 hr late for a 2 min apt to tell me I need 2 more apts. I asked the receptionist if this is common and she said it happens all the time.

The medical assistant skipped us so we lost our place in line and waited in an office until the doctor saw everyone else who got there after us. The doctor was visibly annoyed that our one year old was grabbing the stethoscope and then misdiagnosed her. Never again.
