This was my first time at this massage therapist. We talked briefly before my massage to discuss issues and address where I want the focus on my massage to be at. The massage was deep tissue and really did help despite it hurting just a bit. It did loosen up all the muscles that were extremely tight due to an injury.
Christine is an extraordinary massage therapist. I have relied on massage therapy to manage hip/back and other sports -related aches and pains for over 30 years (and have lived in several cities in the US over that time), and have never met a therapist as skilled as Christine. She listens carefully to concerns, addresses them completely, and finds and addresses pains I didn't even know I had. I am so glad to have found her practice, and recommend her to everyone, whether they are looking for relief from discomfort or just a relaxing tune-up.
Christine gave me the best massage I've ever had...somehow she knows right where all the knots live and how to break them up. I'm a huge fan! Her spot is also clean and comfortable, she's super kind and professional. If they'd let me leave more stars, I would :)
