Farren at Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, LLC is an amazing resource for women! I saw her during pregnancy (preparation for birth) and post-partum (to support in my post-birth healing). Farren not only is deeply knowledgeable but also has a contagious brightness of spirit that makes the whole experience a genuinely positive one! She helped make the journey of my first birth so much less scary than I anticipated. I highly recommend working with her for birth prep AND/or post-partum if any pelvic floor or prolapse issues arise (like they did for me). Seeing Farren for my pregnancy was the absolute BEST thing I did. She is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. I can’t say enough good things about working with her! I wanted to be sure to prepare my body for labor the best I could and pelvic floor PT was the absolute key. Farren explained anatomy so clearly and gave me exercises to help my body be ready for labor. I ended up having a very short pushing phase and have healed wonderfully! I credit all of that to the work I did with Farren! I think every pregnant woman should see her!
Jackie is by far the best therapist I’ve ever been to — and I’ve seen about six over the years for the same issue. She helped me pinpoint the root causes and guided me through ways to relieve my pain and regain my sanity. Highly recommend her if you’re feeling stuck in your current treatment or just starting your journey — you won’t need to look anywhere else.
