The staff and doctors are kind, understanding, and take the time to explain each step of the dental process. The office is clean and orderly, providing a pleasant environment. Patients appreciate the warm greetings and the personal conversations with the doctors, making them eager to return for their dental needs.
Overall very professional team! The staff and Dr Krause are excellent. It was nice to be told every step of the process. The office is as you would expect clean and orderly. Although going to the dentist is not something you want to do, this office makes you feel welcome and comfortable!
Best dental experience I’ve ever had! No seriously. I received personalized care from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, Kathy, was super friendly. She instantly took away any dental anxiety I had! There was no long waiting period for any anticipation. The dental technician was super sweet as well. I felt like I knew her for years! Dr. Chen was amazing! I was initially scheduled for a consult and she was able to fulfill my needs same day! I left this place smiling like never before. Thank you all for the amazing experience! ?
Everyone is super friendly! They greet you with a warm welcome. I loveeeee the dr she’s so humble. She made me feel so comfortable. We had a great conversation, felt like I knew her & it was my 1st time. I will definitely be returning for all my dental work.
