Most difficult place to get your car back from, was something different literally every time I would call nobody was on the same page that I talked to thankfully I completely explained the situation to I believe her name was Rachel, she locked in a price told me exactly what I needed to do and reached out to her coworkers to ensure everyone is on the same page. God bless that woman. Company is a big thumbs down.

So yesterday I'm sitting in my disabled vehicle awaiting a tow from @AAA (worst company EVER btw for roadside assistance) from 5:30pm until about 8pm, when after checking my status I was told my second call in (They sent the wrong tow truck the first time, again) was still unassigned, and there is no updates, oh and btw I potentially could be waiting until the next morning so I decided to check around for a local provider as I was paying for the tow anyways. I contacted A&M Towing in East Hartford CT. I spoke with Luis an extremely amicable and professional gentleman who quoted me a hookup and mileage rate way cheaper than @AAA and listened to me while I vented... read full review
