I'm new to the area. Finding competent people in the trades that are not just low-grade contractors is hard. We have used a perfectly competent company to service our HVAC, but they are horrific customer service wise, and when I went to them to advise, design, purchase and install a mini split and plumbed humidification solution for my office/studio, they were incredibly customer unfriendly.... read full review

Jake from Service Stars came to our home today for annual maintenance call. He was knowledgeable and personable. He also found a source of persistent leaking and fixed that as well. He’s a terrific representative for Service Stars. And we hope to see him again!
