I had this company come and seal some air leaks in my house a few years ago. I wasn't too happy with how the caulk was applied in some places. I emailed them some pictures of the areas that I wasn't happy with and they promptly sent a supervisor, Mike, out to assess the situation. He agreed the work wasn't up to their standard and he came back early the next day and spent the entire day fixing all the issues free of charge until I was satisfied. They probably ended up losing a lot of money on my job but I respect them for being an honest business that stands behind their work.

Hi-Just a followup note to let you know how the attic insulation you installed a year ago is doing. Our oil usage shows an average of 18% less oil (30 to 50 gallons) per delivery with a savings of over $600 in our first year on our oil billing.AND- Your workmen were courteous, clean, quick and efficient!Thank you!!Stephen Stein MD FACRWestport, CT 06880
