As per usual, Paul from Carmine’s was right on time, remembered me from quite a few years ago, and performed the service in a professional timely manner. I have been doing business with Carmine’s for too many years to count :) I contract with them which gives me discounts on pricing and ensures I will get both a/c and furnace maintenance every year - very important to keep the systems running at its peak.
Called at 9am someone was here by 10. Tyler R came out and was wonderful. He delivered bad news very sympathetically. My boiler is over 30 years old and may not be worth saving. Someone is on thier way to give me a quote on a new one.
Beyond pleased with the service Carmine’s Plumbing, Heating, and A/C provides. I utilize Carmine’s service in the commercial sector throughout 15+ properties primarily in Fairfield County. All technicians I have interacted with present themselves with professionalism and a strong understanding of the task at hand. No decision feels rushed.
