Never again!!!! As much as I like the way my hair came out; the entire process was annoying and too much. Firstly, the woman was 45 mins late! I was desperate because other places were not open on a Sunday. When I booked the appointment, 3days in advance she knew I wanted her to provide the hair but apparently she didnt know that.....but you gave me a price that included hair right? So 45 mins late and now she has to leave to go get the hair (which for me took too long). I have gotten box braids before and these were not even small. I got medium to big braids. It took 9 hours!!! I have never been at a salon that long. I was also annoyed because I had to keep micro managing...read full review
