Came here a while back requesting a referral for mental health. Had “Dr.Wong” respond with “Depression? Aren’t you a little old for that?” I was 19. So yeah, don’t see that idiot. Oh and good luck getting a referral, lady never answers.

Been seeing Dr Russo for lower back, upper back, neck injuries and vertigo - all due to a fall down a steep flight of stairs that had a railing that was not secured to the wall at the top. Back to Health in Branford has an amazing staff including Tina who is always flexible fitting me in when I can drive and Dr Russo who is personable, professional, and someone who genuinely cares for his patients. It’s been my home away from home. I highly recommend for back, neck injuries, ear and head trauma, and the Epley maneuver for vertigo!

Dr. Russo and his staff are amazing! After a terrible accident I had, they saw me the same day and went out of their way to treat me immediately. I’ve been going there for several months and it’s been like a second home. Everyone from Dr Russo & Leanne (electrotherapy), to the office staff Tina and her colleagues are extremely accommodating and courteous. I feel it’s hard to come by this level of care these days. If you need a Chiropractor, I encourage you to reach out to Back to Health. They will not disappoint!

I wish someone could have been in the room besides the dr. He was very rough with my sciatica problem.I don't recall how it happened but I had one leg between his while he pressed on my lower back then he did the other leg and said I love my job. Then he used a message gun directly on the area that was painful. At the service desk he made lite with the staff about all the faces I made. The next day he asked my roommate was he too rough. I feel he was deliberate in making me uncomfortable. Lucky are those that he treats well.

I would have to say that everyone is so caring from the front desk to the health care provider , nurses are wonderful too. Nikcole she care about my well being and always so nice to me. 💖 So if you are looking for a caring family care doctor this is a great place to go. I definitely recommend. Thank you too all that works there ❤️❤️

I was greeted by friendly staff and was able to spend a lot of time with my medical provider, Niccy Marfino. She was very helpful and supportive. My lab work and referrals were ordered in a timely matter. I would recommend her to anyone.

This is the best chiropractor around. Helps me with my nerve damage and lower back pain. The most friendly accommodating staff also. The only place that offers me relief from my back pain.
