I highly recommend this practice and rate the entire experience with 5 stars. We were made to feel comfortable from the moment we went for a consultation to the time I picked my geriatric Yorkie up after surgery. Aside from her clearly evident superior skills she possesses a calm and compassionate demeanor. She share extension documentation with you after the surgery explaining the results and future expectations. I commend Dr. Herrman and her staff for their professionalism and hope this recommendation brings others to her door.
Outstanding expertise coupled with affordable services. I was quoted twice the amount from 2 other regional clinics to remove my working dog puppy's retained puppy teeth. He also needs some on-going orthodontia work and had to have immediate surgery when we noticed a trauma to his palate. They had me in right away as an emergency case and stayed after hours to help him. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I was out of area. Dr Hermann's dedication to her ongoing professional development makes me feel secure that my working dogs are getting the best care with a Veterinary specialist who always strives for continued knowledge and excellence in care. Jo Ann who works the front office is great as well; she always has a smile for you, promptly helps you, and they all do rescue work to those in need! Dr Hermann even administers to dolphins!!! When I left my puppy there one of the surgical staff even did some basic obedience work with him to keep his mind busy for short periods while he waited for surgery. Well-rounded and caring staff, amazing new office, and outstanding up-to-date technological care makes this the practice I recommend to all my own canine clients. They do cats too!
