Two years ago on the weekend before Thanksgiving, the temperature turned down to the teens. Our Gas furnace was locked out so not starting for some reason. I called the company that installed it two years earlier and they said they don't do weekends anymore or emergency. So I called around to no avail. Finally, I called Joe and he stated he was flat out because of the sudden snap in temp. Then he called back and said I can't leave anyone with no heat in this 18-degree temp. He came by and fixed what was wrong, got heat back up, and has been great ever since.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive and communicated very well. The work was great and the price was very fair. As a new customer who didn’t have much flexibility the owner was able to fit us in and get the work done. Will be using them again for future projects.

We had an emergency where one of the pipes from the boiler bursed last night. We called Joe Fusaro at around 7 am today and his company was able to able to accomodate us on the same day. We can't thank Joe and Justin enough for the quick turn around. Don't bother going anywhere else for your plumbing needs in the Danbury area. Professional and diligent.
