Two years ago on the weekend before Thanksgiving, the temperature turned down to the teens. Our Gas furnace was locked out so not starting for some reason. I called the company that installed it two years earlier and they said they don't do weekends anymore or emergency. So I called around to no avail. Finally, I called Joe and he stated he was flat out because of the sudden snap in temp. Then he called back and said I can't leave anyone with no heat in this 18-degree temp. He came by and fixed what was wrong, got heat back up, and has been great ever since.

Highly recommended! My hot water heater failed and flooded my basement this week while I was at work. Having looked at Google for a local plumber, I called Fusaro and Joe answered the phone on the second ring. He understood what I went through and that my house needed hot water same day. His crew arrived in 25 minutes, replaced the failed HWH and I had hot water within 2 hours. They were amazing, clean, organized and professional including Joe’s follow-up call to ensure satisfaction. Fusaro will be my go-to plumber in the future!

Had a leaking pipe the other night and was panicking. Called Joe around 9pm and at 914pm he responded. I was super impressed with the speed and the service. A tech came out in the morning and fixed everything while not upselling anything else. They will be my go to if and when I need any other work done.
