Is this salon averse to picking up phone calls? I left voicemail messages and tried calling at business hours on 3 different workdays for an appointment…no follow up! I understand being busy but picking up phone calls/getting back to customers is part of your job! Very unprofessional and you just lost a customer.

Laura Tedone did my make up trial for my wedding and she’s doing my hair as well. She is super professional, sweet, made sure i was happy with what she was doing every step of the way and continues to do so, not making me feel bad for changing my hair color last minute ??♀️ . Kelly did an amazing job on my partial highlight today. She used a product that prevented my thin hair from breaking and the blond color was exactly what I wished for !! Her experience , patience and kindness far exceeded my expectations ??. I look forward to my next visit with her . The first time I went to The Hair Loft was for a trim. Melissa did a great job with that! She really listened to my concerns about keeping my length and also gave me a lot of helpful tips for my curly hair. Then, I had a wedding to go to on a Sunday. I had no idea that the salon wasn't open, but Laura was willing to come in early enough at 8am to do my hair. I let her know 3 things that were a must and that other than that she could do whatever she wanted with my hair. It turned out beautiful! Both of these ladies are great conversationalists and listeners. They care so much about the person in the chair as well as their wants and needs. The Hair Loft is definitely going to be my go to salon from now on! Fabulous experience!

Oh my, where do I start. My wife went there for a cut and color and it became a disaster! The hairdresser didn't leave the bleach on long enough, turning her hair orange. She then had to ask the receptionist what to do? Hello, you're the hairdresser! Then, she cut my wife's hair shorter than what she wanted. Despite not paying attention as to what my wife wanted, she was still charged full price as of all were good. Terrible service and a Terrible stylist! If you love your hair, don't go here!

I came here for the first time recently and had my hair cut with Kelly and am so happy with the results! I have always had long hair and was nervous about going shorter (as in just past my collar bone) but have zero regrets. My long layers look great and are actually easy to maintain. Glad I found this place!

I went to see Jordan today and she really worked her magic. My hair has never looked more vibrant and young before. I feel like I have a new spring in my step. I highly recommend both this place for its professionalism and her as a hairstylist. She knows her way around color, cutting and how to treat hair right so it stays healthy including the selection of products they use in the store so you always leave feeling your best
