Tiffany at Suite C Salon in Windsor is the best. I wear my hair very short and she does an absolutely incredible job of cutting, coloring and styling it, her attention to detail is beyond reproach. If you’re looking for a new hairdresser you definitely should give her a try,Services: Blowouts
