I had a bad haircut from another person and bought a Groupon for a highlight and cut hoping she could fix the cut and give me highlights. She did a FANTASTIC job! Very welcoming, kind and great conversation during my appt! 💯 going back and recommending to all of my friends and coworkers!

I had a perm here to redo what someone else failed to do.... twice. The curl is firm and soft without damage to my hair or skin and I was able to book on short notice. If you have a sensitivity to ragweed, I recommend some allergy meds before arrival.

Canceled my appointment 4 hours before, because she had family traveling and she wanted to spend time with them. My mother was also flying out later in the evening and wanted her hair done. The point is why no notice at least the day before? Or a few days before, since we're talk about scheculed travel. If I canceled within 24 hours I would have been charged an extra fee. This was so unprofessional!
