My mother-in-law locked her keys in her car on the coldest night of the year. Ted answered the phone right away and gave us a very reasonable quote ticket into her car. He dispatched Eddie who is in the area and was able to get to us within 15 minutes! Eddie had us unlocked in just another 15 minutes! They did not extort us when they could have and we are forever grateful.
