My little Yorkie girl suddenly developed a horrible honking cough, like she had something stuck in her throat and she could not cough it up and at times could not catch her breath. Huron Animal Hospital got me in same day and we saw Dr. Seiffert. The tech immediately took her into the back to give her some oxygen to help her breathe better. They asked if they could take an x-ray and I said of course! The vet came back and said that she has a collapsed trachea. That’s why she’s fighting for her breath.. Hope had licked a place on her leg raw. The vet did a full exam and looked at her leg. She spent time explaining to me the treatment and possible causes. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Grossinger has taken care of all three of my cats over the years, from adoption as kittens to approaching the Rainbow Bridge. I have total confidence in her judgement. She's been great with the kitties and a very nice person besides.
