I should have read the Yelp review (June 17, 2019) before enlisting the cleaning services of Lisa Barker, Crisp Clean Housekeeping, in September 2019. Given my circumstances, I did not have time. But should have made the time. What that June homeowner experienced was in line with mine, and more. And like that review said...." we highly recommend against working with Lisa" is spot on. Examples: 1) Adding $400 to my first rental for "tips" to her employees to clean my first rental move out without asking permission. We highly recommend against working with Lisa. She damaged our rugs and refused to take ownership. In fact, she blamed us. She damaged a book and refused to replace it. She damaged a screen and took it with her, promising to repair and return it. She did not. She allowed an employee to take a book from our home. It was never returned and Lisa refused to replace it. (Some would call these last two stealing.) She agreed to a specific number of hours, a rate, and a scope of work.
