We hired them to come out and install a sprinkler system. After one month of installation, one of the sprinkler heads was already leaking, so I called them to let them know about it. I called several times a week for 3 months and they finally came out and fixed it. By the time they came out, another sprinkler head started leaking. 2 years later, the water company contacted us to tell us that we are leaking water nonstop. There was a leak where they tied the pipe from the main water line to the sprinklers. I called and asked Terry to come out and take a look at it. He tried to avoid being responsible for the leak. I’m sorry that I can’t say good things about this business. I scheduled a consultation for some sprinkler work and when they didn’t show up, I waited an hour. When I called to ask if they were coming they offered no explanation, they just had just decided not to come and they and asked if I could do tomorrow instead. I rescheduled and they did not show up again. When I called, they told me they would need to come back a couple days later to turn on all the sprinklers in order to give me a quote. Ok. Fine. Please read reviews before chosing this business, I certainly should have. I wish I had been one of the seven people who received five star service but alas I got the one star service that most people got. I took my backup generator to T& M in August to be checked out for use this winter. I called several times and I was told that they were waiting on a part. Also on a couple of occasions I was told they would call back (which they never did). Finally, I went to retrieve my generator and found that it was not fully together and I would need to return in a couple of weeks.
