I have to give them 2 Even though I ultimately got a good haircut. A Haircut that would normally make me rate them a 5. Because of one RUDE and arrogant staff member. This was the what my experience was
I was a walk in and the initial guy was cool. Asked me to sit. I did. Nice atmosphere. A lady barber walks in. Calls me over. Asks what kind of cut I want I try to explain I want a low fade tight at the bottom. Then a general trim. I was military several years and have been getting a haircut a week for 30+ years. So I knew how to explain exactly what I wanted.
This Barber gets immediately pissyand starts to say that “she does razor cuts!”
Which is fine, but I was only trying to explain that I just don’t want to see a line. So if she could just razor the bottom and work up. I was calm and quiet
But this barber was not having it. She started to get loud and RUDE. Apparently she was thoroughly offended that someone DARE explain how they want their hair cut.
finally the other female barber in the back picked up on the vibe and switched with me and another customer. I shrugged and yes of course. I wasn’t in the mood to argue with a foolish person. I just needed a cut,
I explained to this other barber what I wanted and got a top notch haircut. Very professional
Worth every penny.
Was glad for the cut but the manager needs to explain to all employees there that this is customer SERVICE based job. I’m not there to stoke anyone’s ego. No matter how renowned one’s skill set may be. I pay. YOU LISTEN. Then hopefully you give me what I have paid for.
If you can’t do that, rethink your profession. No matter how skilled you THINK you happen to be. If hadn’t needed the cut then I would have walked out immediately. As it is I got a good cut. Was pleased.
This was just MY experience. Other than that the place was fine. I would go back. And would pay for the good cut. Don’t need to be anyone’s friend. Just need a good cut.
Again this was my experience. Take it for that.

The most major fade you can catch outside Denver or Springs. Trust!

Jeremy was awesome I don't like getting my hair cut because I always feel like its wrong or rushed but he did it exactly how I explained and did an amazing job differently recommend!!

I do believe that this is now on my monthly list of things to do. The Bro who handles my clean shave and beard trim is awesome.

Made an appointment with Gabe and he was a no show waited 45 minutes and jot a hair on my head was touched.

Place is wack! 6 barbers, everyone want's to go to lunch.

Staff is friendly. It's a very comfortable bubbly environment. N they do a fantastic job on hair.

These people are my favorite. They are kind skilled and friendly. They are there cuz the love what they do and it shows. They strive to make their clients happy and satisfied.

Esmeralda did a top notch job! One of the best haircuts I’ve had and got exactly what I was looking for. Price is reasonable as well.
