Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, doctors are skilled at seeing to patient comfort, and there is no pressure to buy anything at the time of your appointment. All staff and electronic correspondence uses preferred name, and the locations are visually warm and inviting inside. Thanks for all you do!

Great quality, really nice people and caring honesty, even if not the answer you want, but the treatment you need. They work with insurance company and help with Care Credit if you need a payment option.

I would like to update that a manager did reach out to me. She was actually really great, she listened to my concerns and I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me.Terrible customer service. I ordered contacts and the lady told me to call if I hadn't received them in two weeks. It has now been over 5 weeks and I still haven't received my contacts. I have called three different times inquiring and the tech was rude and acted like I was a nuisance. I told them that I paid a lot of money for these contacts and I expect to get them. Eventually I told them I wanted a refund and they told me they cant do that and they'd have to get a manager involved to try and get me...read full review
