An experience that could have been awful was AMAZING! After a flood in our home, I called Grant of GM Homes, he came out the same day and really put things at ease for me. He worked with the insurance adjuster, walking the property and dealing with them in general, our adjuster was VERY difficult to deal with and Grant handled everything! He made this experience much better than I expected! I definitely recommend GM Homes!

Wow!!! Can’t say enough great things about the quality of work. Although we had some unexpected and unavoidable delays due to unknown circumstances. Grant problem solved, worked directly with Pikes Peak Regional Development to get the job done and done right!!! They didn’t cut corners, kept us informed, and did an amazing job!!!
