Patients have praised the doctors, the 7-day-a-week availability, and the overall customer service, with one visitor from out of town able to get a same-day appointment within a few hours and enjoy the last day of their vacation. I absolutely love this office and their staff! The staff is out of this world amazing. Every call is picked up, every question you have is answered, and every paperwork request is completed in a timely fashion. If something is missed, they have no problem addressing it and making sure your concern is handled. The doctors and front desk personnel are incredibly kind in the most genuine way. They honestly want the best for you and will work with you to find a means to an end of whatever health concern you may have. I have had the privilege of having Meghan, Sarah and Giulia as providers and found both comfort and knowledge with each appointment. There in house physical therapist is Matt is passionate about his job and you can see it in the way he shares information with you during a session. Jenny, the office admin is always welcoming! You can’t beat their doctors, you can’t beat their 7 days a week availability, you can’t beat their customer service!!!! Thank you to everyone at Apex for truly making me love going to the doctor’s office! Though I may no longer be in Denver, I will forever be grateful for your office!
