Healing Waters Resort & Spa offers a welcoming atmosphere and great service. The resort provides comfortable accommodations, including a bunk house with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The hot springs and pools come in various temperatures, including 111 degrees, and offer a unique experience. Guests can enjoy nearby activities, such as the park and San Juan river, and walk to nearby food places and the resort next door. The hotel is impeccable and clean, with spacious and well-equipped rooms featuring a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor hot springs pool, filled with 100% natural mineral water, is a pleasant experience. The resort has free parking in front of the rooms. While breakfast is not available on-site, the friendly and welcoming staff are ready to assist guests. The on-site spa offers excellent services, such as the highly rated massage from Karli. However, there are a few areas for improvement, including providing the Wi-Fi password, clarifying the locker policies, and ensuring the facilities are fully functional. Overall, Healing Waters Resort & Spa is a relaxing and reasonably priced destination, with stunning views, especially at night.
Bon hôtel pour une nuit d'étape à Pagosa Springs, impeccable et propre. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée, spacieuse et bien équipée (cuisine, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, tv, air conditionné, wifi). Salle d’eau avec toilettes. Piscine extérieure de sources chaudes très agréable (remplie d'eau minérale 100 % naturelle). Parking devant la chambre gratuit. Petit-déjeuner non disponible sur place. Personnel accueillant et très sympathique. Je recommande sans soucis !
The pools were great and so was the massage.
The pool, hot tub, and spa is amazing. Do not use Booking.com as you will get ripped off in price. Call directly to book. Also, have HORRIBLE Internet service. Staff were rude about it.
