So this was an amazing experience to stack on to our other fun that we had in Ouray. This was a relaxing experience. The cave was hot, ya I said cave. Guests were quiet and allowed for peaceful meditation to take place. The cool down sprinkler was nicely located with plenty of seating to be had. The outside pool was a perfect temperature and allowed for an amazing sunset that topped off our day of adventures. It's a must try if you love saunas.
We did not stay at the motel, but visited the vapor caves, and it was a truly unique experience. The spa amenities were clean, and the experience of soaking in the cave springs was incredibly relaxing. I have been to a lot of hot springs and this one really stands out as being special! A hidden gem!
The caves rule! The outdoor pool doesn’t look like much, but it’s great, and when you get really hot you can go sit in the snow in your bathing suit. Kids are allowed but it’s ideal for couples.
