Had the good fortune of having Elijah respond to our service request. Excellent technical knowledge. Identified we had a two stage furnace, we didn't know, that was not operating correctly. Fixed our problem, plus enhanced our furnace capability. What a pleasure.

Dean arrived when scheduled and determined that the motor was blown in our one year old furnace. He ordered a new motor and replaced it the next day. It was considered a manufacturing issue so there was no charge for the parts or service. Dean kept us informed throughout the process.
