The technicians came same day at the time confirmed. The problem was resolved with gracious explanations and instruction on how to better maintain our older system to hopefully keep it working. Thank you Elijah Valencia!
Although I am heartbroken we have to replace our 17 year old A/C system I am always happy with Benjamin Franklin/One hour Heating & Cooling service. The technicians are always actually experts in their field & it shows. The entire system has to be replaced & I was pleasantly surprised that they can start it in just a few days! They offered to start this week but it didn’t work with our schedule. I will update after the install.
Despite having to wait for a parts delivery, Andy and Steven went right to removing the old furnace and AC unit, which they completed by lunch ... took a lunch break while waiting for delivery from Grand Junction. Once they received the new units, they went right to work and worked late to complete the installation and complete a detailed check list for both units. they reviewed the operation of both units and did a clean-up prior to leaving following a long Hot Day! I couldn't ask for more. We are very happy with all aspects of the installation. Thank you for a job well done!
